Teamwork really builds. If there is no trust and honesty among employees and everyone is maneuvering based on what it might do for their own careers, you are not going to accomplish much.

We gather the leaders of all Conant divisions together weekly for the purpose of integrating separate efforts of authority, sharing best practices and seeking creative ways to use our resoureces crossfunctionally. Also, we have been using work teams to shorten new product development cycles; to implement demand flow manufacturing to shorten deliver cycles to customers and reduce inventory; and to encourage innovation in all business process. The cumulative result of there efforts is the healthy and sustained business growth in the last years. |
